      - Supportive management - Good values and everyone is treated fairly - Opportunities to get involved in different projects and learn new things as you go - Achievable bonus schemes for in office and site staff - Welcoming to new starters, eases you in to the work load so you do not feel overwhelmed, everyone is happy to answer any questions you may have - Everyone is approachable and friendly

      Good company to work for in the water industry

      Pros

      - Get to use high end leakage equipment and vans which is a lot better than other water companies equipment that I’ve seen on site. - Good people to work with, makes the job fun and there is always someone available to help if you get stuck - Rewarding job - knowing the leaks you find have a positive impact on the environment. - Health & Safety is maintained to a high standard so you never get put in a position where you work in a dangerous position on site.

      - Working outside during bad weather can make the job challenging

      - An Achievable bonus scheme that is easy to attain if you keep consistent in your work. - High spec vans that are well maintained and full of quality tools and equipment. - Challenging work most of the time and is rewarding when you see the outcome. - Small company feel, everyone knows each other and works hard.

      Cons

      - Lots of driving and if you're working solo which is common there is no one to share driving, can be tiring if doing the same physical activity from start to finish. - Outside in all weather conditions which can be challenging.
