Pros
Super friendly start-up environment no corporation hierarchy attitude. Everyone try to help each other for company benefits. nice commission opportunity. As long as you do your job well you get paid well.
Cons
I don't really see any cons in this company. I think we do a great job in term of service that we provide to people and our inside company's environment is incredible.
