I can't think of anything.

Cons

I worked 2.5 hours of overtime every single day for 18 months and never got paid for it. In addition to this, I was on call every weekend for that entire period and never was paid for that either. Pay was low for the industry.

Pros

Nice location away from the city. Periodic grill outs.

Cons

CEO does not listen to Engineers. Pay is substandard. Promotions do not result in new titles to keep salaries low. Staff management is geared to push tasks on workers without taking into account current load or level of multi-tasking that is going on at the time. Some work is done1 without obtaining proper licenses.

I can't think of any really.

Cons

They hired a Director of Managed Services, then they failed to approve of any of his recommendations. After 1 year, this Director quit and started his own business centered around meeting the details of customer needs. This new business grew to have 10 times as many customers.
