      There are absolutely no pros

      Cons

      *Every thing they say is scripted, * they lie to their clients * there philosophy when a client complains is to wear them down by false promises hoping they will just get frustrated and go away * they have had a number of cases where their staff have hacked clients accounts and tried to get access to their funds

      Only pro is the salary on time and uneducated SMEs and TL who cant speak in English ...thats the pros you say whatever you want to say and they will never understand ...the level of English is just scripted ....SOME AM are though educated...but 99% of TL and SME are just so dump ...if they change the job no one will hire them as a peon also......

      Cons

      I have lost 4 kg in 2 months after joining this organization...reason - no meal.breaks , over time -unpaid . And the HRs - i wonder why they are here , all time eating in the cafeteria..... HR are just useless but one or two are really good they need to be in a better place

      Pros

      Better to stay away from this company. TLC also operate with SaburiTLC pvt. ltd and Saburi TLC World Wide services.

      Cons

      Long hours job without any over time pay You have to work on week offs as well Too many abuse on floor by supervisors and managers They treat employee like they own them. Make them work 7 days a week. If you complaint they ask you to resign and move away. Full and final process is not easy, you have to go through labour court in order to get your salary.
