      The work environment is fast-paced but generally positive, with a great sense of camaraderie.

      Cons

      To date, I have not encountered any significant drawbacks that impact my long-term job satisfaction. The fast pace of organizational scaling sometimes means we need to adapt quickly to new internal processes, but this is a minor issue and a positive indicator of growth.
