Bad Work life Balance. Less Salary Founders tries to brainwash and keep you at low salary, they make you think there is no value for you outside their company and when you leave company you will realize your potential and how other companies are willing to offer their benefitts. Extra saturdays also working, with just food for lunch. No Compensation for one day and no travelling expenses also reimbursed. ( This comapny thinks, that one time food covers 8 to 10 hours of employee ) When you ask for a increment, they say we are a very small company, and they dont do increment and when you resign, they are automatically ready to provide increment, more than the asked value. Taking a leave is a very bad thing in Techstalwarts, Founders who work with us, can take leave whenever they want, but you can't take leave and they make lot of issues, when you try to take leave and dont approve it.
