Management makes employees dumb and highlight only few employees based on caste and region. Only 3 people in the whole organization are important and Management doesnt bother about employees problems. They can hire and Fire employees anytime. They just want mummys to sit listen and do what ever they say. Finally i can say use and throw.

Great work environment and good hikes and every year and encouragement of non technical activities like games, sports, programs and lot of scope to learn many technical skills. Perfect place to balance work life and personal life.
