Pros

No weekend work, if so usually the favorites will be asked first then others if needed.

Cons

Terrible leadership and company to work for all the way down the chain of command. The equipment is out of date and unsafe. Some of management clearly comes in and spends the day buzzed. The sexual harassment is a lawsuit waiting to happen.

Pros

Most people on the floor were fun to work with. All the personal time was nice! The shift hours were good.

Cons

The politics! If you said anything that wasn't what certain people in scheduling or finishing wanted to hear, then you were done for. Unfortunately the owner chooses to believe everything he's told by the scheduler. Also having someone with absolutely no technical education, oversee all processors is something I'll never understand. Also Safety isn't there number one priority, it's all about production to them.

The cafeteria is large with multiple refrigerators.

Cons

All of the supervisors and managers are related to the owner. They have no previous experience in manufacturing nor management skills.
