Pros
Work From Home is always a plus. For most of my time at TB, the work culture was good, the clients were doing good work, and the pay/benefits were competitive within Non-Profits
Cons
So many. Performance feedback was non-existent. TB takes on projects they are not equipped to support and leaves PMs out to fend for themselves. When it came to personal issues related to accessing benefits, senior leadership was deceptive, rude, and unprofessional. Attempting to complain about the difficulty of accessing benefits or taking advantage of the benefits given was frequently met with retaliation, inappropriate comments from senior staff, and lack of support from middle management. When I left, leadership was so unresponsive that I had to contact coworkers on social media just to return my laptop.
