Pros

Good Consistent hours , lots of parties and potlucks, nice people, clean kitchen, refrigerators, microwaves unlimited water, coffee and tea, hot showers!

Cons

The pay is not good. Currently living out my car and working a 2nd job( aprox. 5 support techs also have a 2nd job just to make ends meet, that should truly say something about the pay differentials here) When working 16 hours a day, there’s not enough time to..eat,sleep, live life....... which makes it hard to participate in a lot of the fun work activities. Good thing the showers work, they’re very clean and the water is always hot! ....a lot of techs have quit since I’ve worked here & they have all warned us to start looking too... OR continue I be “ the working poor ” ...........hopefully our workload doesn’t increase

Pros

Comfortable environment, friendly co-workers, convenient location, great team work, super friendly supervisors, occasional holiday work parties, special holiday mini-gifts, cool break room + vending machines!

Cons

Small company, sometimes have to stay overtime when working with high priority issues, will get kind of stressful when it is near the end of fiscal year end.

Sounds like the place I want to work. All jobs get a little stressful towards the end of the fiscal or calendar year - or during the holidays.
