Pros
Good if you have good contacts with Senior Management. That you would get only if you perform. Visibility is not an issue.
Cons
No growth at all in CEVA India if you dont get recognized. No Process. I have been told that after 6 months of 2-3 projects I would be appointed as Site Manager. Reality - Have been with CEVA as Management trainee for one year. Worked like hell and then got letter for Deputy Manager. It would have taken another 5 years to become Site manager.
