No insurance An out of touch CEO Favoritism towards certain employees No solid policies for either the employees or the clients dictating what should and shouldn’t be tolerated The CEO’s method of management is “I like to eb and flow” Majority of clients are CEO’s friends and tend to treat the staff as garbage. Nothing is ever truly done to rectify the problem.
