There is nothing good to say.

Cons

Old school politics (Too much junior senior differentiation). Working on weekends. Do not pay salary stating false reasons. If you work here, chances are you will hate your job.

Regarding working on weekends, our structured shift system only requires weekend work for specific teams or freshers during their probation period to help them settle into their roles. Beyond that, shifts are rotated to ensure a healthy balance for everyone. As for the claim of salary not being paid, this is completely unfounded. Timely salary payments are a priority at TechNeurons, and any potential delays are communicated transparently and resolved swiftly. We are also facing a situation where a small group of malicious ex-employees, or individuals who support their misdeeds, are attempting to harm the company’s reputation through coordinated attacks. We take these matters seriously and have initiated legal action for a thorough investigation into the situation. At TechNeurons, we are committed to professionalism and encourage employees to bring any concerns to management or the directors for resolution. We believe in open communication to create a positive and productive workplace for all. In line with Glassdoor’s policies, we request that reviews be based on genuine experiences. Company is in the infopark campus kochi.

Cons

Very low salary, pressured environment, managers without minimum technical knowledge. Work tracking timer(run only if you actively work on the computer, you need to sit 9 to 10 hrs to get an 8 hr in the timer.)

It has a clear user agreement and privacy policy, which are explained to all employees during the onboarding process. The task management system helps provide a structured list of tasks, and management can track daily reports to assess task completion. However, we certainly do not expect anyone to work as if they were a machine. It is not about running a timer but ensuring that tasks are completed effectively and efficiently. We also encourage employees to report if they find themselves idle for longer periods, so we can adjust their workload appropriately. The goal is to work in a 100% human way, not under constant pressure. As for the salary, while starting salaries for inexperienced freshers may initially be lower due to the high level of training and support required, we offer incredibly competitive increment rates. For potential employees who demonstrate strong performance, our increments range from 30% to 150%, which are uncommon in the IT industry. If an employee does not receive a significant hike, it typically reflects that their performance during the period did not meet the expected standards. At TechNeurons, we believe in rewarding those who contribute meaningfully to the company’s success, and the initial lower salary is compensated by their own progress and contributions. It’s unfortunate that your time with TechNeurons was shorter than expected, and from your own comments, it seems productivity was a challenge.
