It has a clear user agreement and privacy policy, which are explained to all employees during the onboarding process. The task management system helps provide a structured list of tasks, and management can track daily reports to assess task completion. However, we certainly do not expect anyone to work as if they were a machine. It is not about running a timer but ensuring that tasks are completed effectively and efficiently. We also encourage employees to report if they find themselves idle for longer periods, so we can adjust their workload appropriately. The goal is to work in a 100% human way, not under constant pressure.
As for the salary, while starting salaries for inexperienced freshers may initially be lower due to the high level of training and support required, we offer incredibly competitive increment rates. For potential employees who demonstrate strong performance, our increments range from 30% to 150%, which are uncommon in the IT industry. If an employee does not receive a significant hike, it typically reflects that their performance during the period did not meet the expected standards. At TechNeurons, we believe in rewarding those who contribute meaningfully to the company’s success, and the initial lower salary is compensated by their own progress and contributions.
It’s unfortunate that your time with TechNeurons was shorter than expected, and from your own comments, it seems productivity was a challenge. We are committed to creating an environment where employees can thrive, and we encourage direct communication with management to address any concerns.
We are also facing a situation where a small group of malicious ex-employees, or individuals who support their misdeeds, are attempting to harm the company’s reputation through coordinated attacks.
