Love the vision and mission, BUT it was never meant to be locked in stone (as it appears to be now) but should continuously evolve.

Cons

As someone else said, where to start? First, when you promote someone to CEO who NEVER ran a single financially successful endeavor in 20+ years why should you be surprised at the current situation. LONG overdue to bring in outside fresh blood and ideas to reinvigorate this truly impactful organization.

Flexible schedule, great people to work with depending on which team and/or location you're at

No pay raise for the past 4 years, for a tech social enterprise, we are waaay behind, super slow decision making, people seem to be looking out for their own interests and sucking up to the bosses big time

remote work is the best benefit.

Cons

The leadership needs to change to have some growth in the organization and move away from doing things the old way, more transparency and democracy in decision making. not giving salary hikes or even living expense hikes but the senior management taking promotions and salary hikes is terrible!!
