      Pros

      Generous time off including mental health days every month. Great leadership who's accessible and caring. A real feel-good place to work where you are directly threading into the fabric of Detroit.

      Cons

      Sometimes it felt like grant dollars came in faster than they were able to support the body of work.

      Great culture, genuinely great coworkers, impressive yet down to earth leadership team, great health benefits and generous vacation, very fulfilling work if you are passionate about empowering communities through entrepreneurship

      They need to increase headcount because the burnout is real.
