Pros
- Wonderful coworkers - Growing company - Great team environment - Everyone is supportive and helpful - Opportunity for employees to acquire Microsoft certifications - Opportunity for employees to move up - Great benefits (visual, dental,...)
Cons
- On Call shifts (but at least they are rotating) - Sometimes the hours are long, especially in case of an emergency (which makes sense) - No 401K and salary is on the low end (but negotiable)

Pros
Excellent collaborative enviroment where the focus is on the customer experience. Extremely positive place to work. Get to work on cutting edge cloud solutions.
Cons
None so far. Heavy work load but the day goes by fast and friendly
