      Pros

      Co-workers were outstanding and great opportunity to network. Expanding opportunities outside of the US as DOD spending decreases here in the United States.

      Cons

      Poor work life balance, personnel mix on team was too similar leading to limited perspective and inability to improve internally. Middle level management failed to take responsibility for actions that impeded company's ability to meet contractual obligations.

      Pros

      You might get to go to some neat places and do some neat things. Personally, I had the opportunity to work on some pretty incredible equipment that I would not have had the chance to in the civilian sector. Also, the pay was quite good.

      Cons

      A complete lack of communication, regard for workers, and an inability to keep to any agreement has more or less killed any respect I had for this company.
