The company is full of animal dunk. There are only 3-4 Senior employees in the company rest of all are the juniors. They hire juniors and make them sign bond of 1 year and when the devs get to know what kind of bekaar company it is they resign. You'll not find a single employee who has been associated with this company from more than a year. The salary is never on time. They make you work long hours without paying overtime. There is only one manager for all the projects and he is also self centered who just works himself and doesn't care about anyone else. This is also not a service based company they have 1 product faces and everyone works in it only. The client also scolds the owner for the kind of lame work which is done here. There are 2 HR's who doesn't even know a single thing about HR work. All they do is call people and hire them. They have no sense of familiarity with work or management. The senior HR is rude and is total bewakoof and is a owners cheli. If you work in this company you'd know what kind of fuddu and lame policies one company can have. They'll hire fuddu people and when they won't be able to manage them they will create new Policies which would not even make any sense. For instance like if you want to take any call or anything you'll have to clock out and take it and then have to reinstate the time spend on a call. The owner is also bewakoof and has no idea about running a company. He just talks non sense and gossips like a girl and doesn't have any idea about how to handle employees. The company is full of a-holes. If you go and ask people working their all they'll say is that they are planing to leave the company as soon as their bond ends. They just torture you mentally. You won't be able to take the leaves which you already have as they won't allow. I can write a book of reasons to not be associated with this company. If you are looking for job. avoid working in this company. You'll be safe.
