      1. Mental peace is disturbed badly. Too much politics from top management. 2. HR head and it’s team is not supportive, they exit people unethically and out of process they will mark you absconding even after your LWD is approved. 3. Founders are rich brats playing games and causes fueds in the teams, Objectification of females by them. 4. Policies in the company gets changed as per stakeholders need and are very stringent for people at ground level. 5. Policies in the company are not at all employee friendly 6. Company’s culture is toxic and full of drama

      No pros at all..

      Cons

      They can fire u any time plus they will not reply your mail. They dont give salary on time Only some senior managers who are close to the directors are ruling. HR people behaves well when they hire you, afterwards they will show their true colors.
