- super toxic CEO who micromanages everything, doesn't trust or value anyone, pushes people to do as he pleases and then blaming them for problems that it (he) generates, talks on Christmas parties that he has to do "everything by himself" - HR that helps the CEO with "his vision of management", leaves people alone with their problems, very often snitches and takes info from people directly to CEO and uses that against them - complete lack of processes, constant changes everywhere (from game development to marketing requirements) - people burning down constantly - trying to do their best in circumstances that make it impossible, no matter how hard you try and how professional you want to be - loads of CEO's "external advisors" who take zero responsibility for what they suggest and then the teams need to follow those directions and face the issues they caused - loads of "soldiers" who think they their 5mins of fame within the company doing what CEO wants and behave the way he likes (meaning wrong - especially devs from Wroclaw) spreading the mobbing culture even more - this could go on and on - do not waste your time on this company, especially if you are from abroad and think about leaving your company for a "career opportunity" - after few months, or even weeks, you know how big of a mistake you've done (especially if you have relocated)

The company has absolutely no appreciation for its employees. I was constantly expected to perform tasks far outside of my job description and never received a deserved appreciation. The level of micromanagement from the very top is pathetic. The constant changes, team reshuffles, and firings are clear signs of ineffective higher management that has no idea what they are doing. You have to fight for your position like you're in the army. The bonus system is archaic and doesn't reflect individual contributions, I didn't have a proper salary review in two years until I asked for it every single month. and even after that the amount was miserable. not even talking about the raise system. I feel like HR team is just don't care about you, in two years I had no talks with my assigned HR person about my concerns on team changes or anything else, even when I was leaving.
