No good feedback to give. The organization does not seems like an IT office at all but rather like a market place.

1) Management and HR has no shame in saying lies 2) There is no project but they will hire you saying long term. In a month's time you can realize the truth. But the notice period is 3 month. They can terminate your service on 24 hour notice. Which they are already doing in Bangalore office. 3) They don't follow any process whether it is hiring, project management, relieving. 4) Management is more interested in politics than project 5) 3 Months notice period 6) leaves can be used only after you accumulate it. Even if you fall sick because even sick leaves needs to be accumulated first. 7) HR will not inform you the policies of the organization before joining. And they can keep changing the policies in their portal anytime. 8) Important- Salary is not paid on time. PF amount is not deposited to PF account. 9) HR has no say. They are only puppets in the hands of managers 10) No proper medical insurance for employees. 11) 9 hours a day work policy with bio metric . Hectic schedule with client calls comes at 9.30. Extra time spend in office is not considered. 12) You are asked to fill time sheets for Saturday's and Sunday's even if you have not worked to cheat clients. 13) Post resignation you may be not given salary properly. It can be kept on hold any time as already happened to many of the resigned employees. They come up with reasons later on to deny or partially deny the salary.
