      Pros

      Private health care and friendly staff.

      Cons

      Extreme lack of planning, communication and leadership. Not enough staff for the work load and management are out of touch with the core workforce. Zero room for progression or implementing your own ideas due to management and workforce divide.

      Nice location, some great people

      Cons

      112 leavers in five years from an office of 40 people!!!!! No heating and awful in Winter. Bonus for some people that are favourites CEO has the brain the size of the planet but the emotional intelligence of a toddler on a sugar high! Power struggle with the Dutch based employees - UK is losing.

      Pros

      The work is fun and challenging and you really have the chance to build great working relationships with your customers. There are some amazing people here but most of all, I loved my manager. She really made the experience great for me and I learned a lot from her. Sadly, she was promoted and the next manager was HORRIBLE. But keep in mind no matter where you go there is going to be a couple bad apples, Texhnetix weeds them out eventually. :) The benefits are pretty good and the work atmosphere is relaxed.

      Cons

      The pay could be better and they really need to work on getting training manuals/work instructions for the teams. These are minor things though.
