1-Right plateform to upgrade or enhance your technical skills. 2-Working culture is very good. 3-Everyone should come here,it is not only working plateform,it is like as an institute.

Cons

1% Upper level management having some issue to implement and work allocation to their middle level management.They think that middle employee will take his level.
