I have worked at Technical Resources for just over 5 years now and I am very happy and enjoy my work. They only promote from within so there is a clear career path and intensive training, development program. I believe they offer market leading salaries and OTE's.
Cons
I guess in recruitment you have to be a certain type of person, not just wanting to win but needing to win. High performance mindset. You will be rewarded highly £££, for the dedication put into it.
