      Great people to work with. Decent atmosphere. Union benefits.

      Cons

      Politics are very prevalent. Things move very slowly, and there is no reward for being a motivated individual. This is a good job for someone who doesn't want to excel.

      Pros

      Supportive work culture. Provides a very good introduction to the working of an office. Very good onboarding system. Depending upon the manager you will get a chance to try different areas of work. Work culture that accepts people of all backgrounds.

      Poor decision-makers Some processes are self-defeating Too many meetings of little value
