Hard to get a raise or any bonus, not allowed to work from home or remote while other people are allowed to, double standards for management, micromanaging, NO diversity, "does not hire disabled people" (actual quote) not willing to work with any mental health or physical health issues. Vacation time is low. No sick leave.
There were very little pros to working for this company. The only one I can think of is that they let me work from home one day when I was sick. There is little to no management unless you
