You could be an employee who either sits on site and works with the few clients here or then you could also sit in the small office and work on "work packages". They try to keep you occupied.
Cons
The pay is below average considering there are no benefits provided. They tend to be more reactive rather than being proactive when it comes to getting more projects. If you are someone who is moving to Sweden, the cost of relocation is not reimbursed.
