Management is open to new ideas and improving company culture and I think its heading in the right direction. They are open to feedback and operate with an open door policy.

Cons

A little old school small firm but slowly improving and upgrading software's.

I am not in the position to write something positive, given the fact that I was disappointed here and left due to that reason,

Cons

When hiring me, upper management made many fake promises of career growth and personal growth. Neither was true. I was stuck in the same job role and ended up handling the same responsibilities for years. It was unfair. The top management didn't care about me or my colleagues. They were just interested in making more money. It made me feel awful and ridiculous. Beware, or you will waste several years here, too, as I did!
