1. When they say they will sponsor your H1B, it means you have to sign a ridiculous 2-yr contract with 1/3 salary you supposed to earn. 2. The first yr hour rate is $28/hr. The 2nd year salary is $36/hr, way lower than the market. The market average is above $70/hr. Pick any ICC on the market will provide better rate than this one.

Please get everything in writing or else you would be in middle of all the lies in the world. Never trust their sweet talks. Greedy money minded firm, generally for body shopping. Zero technical skills. Unprofessional management team. Keep away if possible.
