Pros

If you are looking to be confused and do many different jobs that aren’t apart of what your hired for… This is the place to be!

Cons

This place is sink or swim, and the managers are waiting on you to sink so that they can replace you. 13-14 hr work days is the norm and there is zero appreciation for your work unless you take on others work and completely go under water. And even then you may just get a shout out and more work. TOXIC work environment with horrible work and UNFAIR politics. I have seen VPs yell at their employees, Other VPs yelling at Other VPs. On top of that the product is inefficient , so many bugs and defects that you spend more time fixing in stead of delivering a valued product to the client.

Thank you for your feedback. We are always sorry to hear when someone does not have a good experience. We recognize the issue of employees feeling overwhelmed and “drinking from the firehouse” and we are working on our onboarding process to get people better training from the beginning. Always disappointing when it doesn’t work out for an employee, but I’m sure you will find a great fit for yourself!

Pros

Compensation plan for AEs isnt capped - good reps have the potential to make SO much money; incredible access to senior, executive level professionals at customer/client companies; easy access to the C Suite and ELT at TchnoMile - you get to work with them on different initiatives; opportunity to any and all industry events you want to attend; flexible work from home/office policies; no cap on PTO; self starters and go-getters will thrive

Cons

High expectations and achievement oriented company culture can sometimes be stressful if you don’t know how to manage yourself; you’re looking to have a huge social circle and kick back and relax all day, this isn’t the company for you — the leadership team is in almost every day and you can tell they mean business so people are there to get things done; a little bit older demographics - sales team is young but customers and clients are generally much older given the nature of the work so you have to know how to earn respect with different generations (and former mil professionals like Admirals, Generals, etc)
