Pros

TBR has a nice location in NH (not their office though), and provides a good foundation to get into the market research/research field. Work/life balance is very good.

Cons

During my time at TBR, I saw many opportunities for the company to grow but the management made poor decisions and the rest of the company had to pay for it. Compensation is low compared to the industry. Uneasy working for a company you know could continue to fail.

I had the distinct pleasure of joining the TBR family. I have spent several years working for large organizations such as Oracle, AT&T, and Verizon over the past 14 years and I can say for certainty that I’m glad I took on this new opportunity in my life. Everyone has been very accommodating since I came on board and helped me ramp up. The organization recently made some internal changes to Sales leadership and the culture is extremely positive. I was looking at other opportunities and I knew that TBR is where I wanted to be when I met and spoke with them internally. I certainly don’t think some of the negative comments and/or reviews made on this platform previously are not a direct reflection of where this organization is today. There’s a path of success that this organization is invested in and I’m very happy to be a part of the journey.

Cons

No complaints and I don’t have any “Cons” to report on. TBR makes continuous efforts to ensure the staff is well taken care of

Good location (geographically) on the New Hampshire seacoast. Good opportunity for entry and mid-level professionals to learn the Enterprise IT space and basics of market research/advisory.
