      You typically don't work directly for TCI but are contracted to other companies. Pay is reliable, their employees who handle contracts are kind and responsive.

      No vacation or sick so its leave without pay.

      If you don’t have US Citizenship this is perfect. If you live in complete poverty this is perfect. If you have no ethics and have no problem lying about your career to get a job this is perfect.

      Cons

      They make fake resumes and attach real companies and tell you to impersonate as if you worked for those companies. - they try to teach you technical stuff but most of them are NON Technical it’s an actual joke, all you have to do is find them on LinkedIn and you can confirm they don’t have real experience and they have shady business practices - The turn over is high, they went through 4 CDM while I was there. - Mostly racist/discriminatory Indians
