A relaxed, low-stress work environment with flexible hours, allowing for a healthy work-life balance.

Cons

Poor upper management, inconsistent quality control, and a lack of clear direction or vision. Additionally, pay cuts were illegally enforced without employee consent or proper contract amendments, leaving staff without financial stability or plans for reimbursement. The workplace also offers very little room to gain experience or advance professionally, limiting opportunities for growth.

- Nice coworkers - Work from home - Flexible schedule - Benefits are decent

Cons

- Docked everyones salary by 15% because the business wasn't doing well, while promising to end the salary decrease and pay it back in a few months; 8 months later and there's no end in sight, it was mandatory. - An additional 10% of your salary goes to the co-op (also mandatory, because you "believe in the company") - CEO is rude and the practices are sketchy - Environment was hostile with higher ups and fingers are pointed at the drop of a hat - No raises, no evaluations, no inflation adjustments

Pros

Great technical team to work with, very knowledgeable and supportive. Our VP was very collaborative and supportive across anything, would communicate on strategy and help us understand the business value behind what we do. Great mentor. Loved the autonomy and the flexibility on how to achieve what was expected from me.

Cons

The rest of the company, I didn't know anything about except, there's no communication from anywhere and it was hard understanding the vision or where we are going. Financial issues with pay cuts and layoffs which were said to be temporary but communication on them was never clear afterward.
