Casual Work Environment. Most staff are great people who care about their fellow coworkers.
Cons
Below average salary. Owner is very selfish, wont even share holiday gifts (fudge, etc) with employees. Owners are also very dishonest, with employees and customers. They worked the system to get minority, women owned status. They also fudge financials and other documents to get into companies. They treat admin staff like trash but they treat sales and tech staff pretty well. For example, they will close the office in inclement weather, which is very nice but then tell hourly wage earners that they have to use a vacation day or go without pay. However, salary earners still get their pay. They also steal spiffs from sales people even though per their agreement with HP it is expressly prohibited. Low salaries along with high insurance premiums, no sick pay, small amount of vacation days all make this a less than desirable place to work, especially in an administrative position. 1 of the other owners, Doug Floersch is very duplicitous. He will smile to your face and stab you in the back without a 2nd thought.
