Pros

Many projects with automotive supplier Robert bosch. Good to start a career. Traveling costs will be reimbursed. Dental insurance package*

Cons

No stability - too much relocation Not fair in compensation Too demanding - to get unpaid holidays incase no project or starting date at customer site is delayed. No career development trainings whats so ever unless of course customer asks. More focus is on short term project earnings rather than Employees development for future. Too much communication gap between consultants and management. Management lies to consultant on projects sometimes. Must work at least 40 per weeks , flexible timings not allowed. HR is there for just namesake. No reply. One has to be a genius negotiator to get a fair deal for him/herself.

Too many bad aspects for one company! Manipulative and dishonest company on all levels, which only seeks money and doesn't care about the employees! The worst experience in terms of stability, salaries and projects offered! Employees were asked to give good reviews on websites such as Glassdoor (don't trust the good reviews you read here) A lot of employees are leaving the company. No chance to improve or develop a career here!

As a consulting company, it is essential for us to provide our employees with rewarding projects and tasks. Our Managers and HR teams are available to discuss any doubt or problem the consultant should face, and we always try to offer them projects that match their expectations (tasks, salary, job level…). Thanks to that, many consultants have been in the company for years, and have been able to develop a real career due to this support and to the training we offer them. Also, we encourage our employees to share their experience on Glassdoor, but it does not mean that positive reviews are fake. We never force anyone to put a review, and we inform consultants that the comments are anonymous so that they are as honest as possible.
