You can learn a skill or two, but can't stay for longer duration.

Cons

Toxic work culture, no work life balance, extreme level of micro management, management expect for employees to overtime without additional pay. Manipulative managers. The MD, he uses profanity and portrays it as normal. 6 day working and yet sometimes they expect you to come to office and work on your weekoff as well.

Worst Management. People with zero operation knowledge are the operations manager. Dictatorship.
