1. Technosphere Labs Pvt. Ltd. is a very nice company to start our career journey in embedded systems. 2. This company offers lot more useful projects that are actually needed on a daily basis. 3. Solutions including healthcare, wearables, IoT, smart home, cloud integration and lot more are some this company's key concerns.
Cons
1. Working hours is 9:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. 2. Salary is less (for freshers as well as 0-2 years experienced employee) - maybe based on your knowledge and analytics. 3. Salary increment happened for me after 1 year from my DOJ 2nd Nov 2022. For 2024, I haven't heard of any further updates.
