NONE AT ALL. Do not even think of working here if you want a long term job with stability . HIGH TURNOVER Rate. Should have checked glassdoor before accepting the job offer. Felt depressed entire time working here as the environment was not good at all. Management needs big improvement.
Cons
- Fast turnover. Multiple emails about someone no longer being an employee every week. - Family first always with them. They always always put their own family in better and higher positions even if they have no clue what they are doing over someone who is experienced. - RIDICULOUS EXPECTATIONS. If you refuse so change teams you are either coerced into the position or let go faster than a pin can drop. - Lack good management skills. - Not a place you can share any ideas to improve business. Better to keep your mouth shut. - They play the blame game. Be ready to be blamed for anything and everything. - Monthly manager meetings are just a way to tell you everything your doing wrong and nothing right ever. - Depressing environment -cannot take a bus here unless your willing to walk super far every day and risk slipping on ice in winter or walking through the flooded street if it's raining as it always floods... - little to no parking when they ask more people to come in rather than working from home. - Micromanagement -
