Pros

Techport Thirteen is a relatively small company with a very personal and intimate office environment. The leadership creates an atmosphere that promotes professional growth but also understands that not everyone learns at the same pace. The employees at Techport Thirteen consist of a close-knit community of friends rather than a group of coworkers. From the day I started, the members of Techport Thirteen were very friendly and inclusive. They made an effort to get to know me and build a relationship that went beyond work and the office. Though Techport emphasizes relationships and a fun, friendly work environment, they do not let their duties as an IT Services Consulting company fall short. Techport promotes the highest standards and best practices when it comes to ServiceNow and business in general.

Cons

The flexibility and fun aspect of the company could present the opportunity for idleness and requires employees to have self-discipline.

Pros

Wonderful work environment. Dynamic, interesting and supportive. Teammates are great and diverse, which gives great collaboration opportunities. Friendly people working there. It is nice working with people who really care about the job and are happy to be there.

Cons

Not many - It is an open office layout, so if that is something you don't enjoy, it might be difficult. However, they do provide private offices on demand, so they are flexible in that regard. Depending on your workload, there can be a lot of travel

Pros

I have worked for Techport Thirteen for 2 years and I have seen an incredible surge in growth in my professional abilities. Techport Thirteen has been working in the industry for quite some time and has a lot of knowledge to pass along. The employees here have set a standard of exceeding client expectations daily. The work environment is very laid back and allows for a lot of trust to be established. Accountability is an expectation here, which also provides immense personal flexibility. Techport Thirteen defines a very clear initial track to your first few raises. They are very attainable goals. Management recognizes your growth and rewards you accordingly. I truly believe this is one of the best consulting firms in the industry. Could not have asked for a better company to work for.

Cons

Techport Thirteen hires very specifically with high expectations on every single candidate they choose. This can leave some feeling very pressured and or lost when they first start here. It takes time for many to get used to the looser structure here and understand that it is for your own benefit if you allow it to be. With that said it is no different than the switch many students have to face from High School to College and how differently you are pushed to think critically on your own. Techport Thirteen desires this ability in its employees and is very quick to recognize when an employee is not displaying that ability. In my time here they have helped those who could not succeed here find jobs elsewhere in environments they would thrive better in.
