      Talk the talk but unable to walk the walk

      Pros

      They have the platform to be great. The MD is a great guy and means well.

      Cons

      Poor communication with staff can be very misleading at times. 777 has to be the biggest mistake they rolled out too focus on buying up other MSP and not working with what they already had, which led to the manager leaving and the organisation being poorly led.

      - the company has great vision, values and principles and follows them exactly at all times; - the senior leadership team are proactive, forward thinking, very hands on and supportive at all times; - workplace culture is amazing and engagement / motivation levels and extremely high (one of the highest I have ever seen in 30 years); -a high performance and high potential company; - each employee has a two year performance, development, career and succession plan; - great range of benefits with superb onsite gym (free for employees) and classes for employees; - VIP travel from Cardiff city centre - FREE, lots of free parking onsite too -lots of development opportunities and career advancement work hard/play hard mentality- lots of employee nights out and for family members too.

      > Everyone is friendly and approachable > The work is enjoyable > Everyone's input is genuinely valued > It has an exciting atmosphere because you feel you're contributing to the growth of the company

      Cons

      > Some decisions can take a while to make > Office environment is slightly dated (but they're working on it!)
