when your want kick start your carrer this company is good but after some time it will show the real face of managers and owners of company.
Cons
corns are every where when you get experience in there only or you heir, they will just say about there working culture but after some time you will get to known about them, they will not understand anything they will just stand on your head And talk about the policy ,there policy changes every time when its is in your favor. Toxic work life balance they will not think of there employee only the will think of there , so guys better be its late, but think before you join the company. take it as EX employee advise.
