      Pros

      Since its a start up, there's huge scope of learning in all processes. Their USP is quality - Underwriting and Claims. I had absolutely no clue about the insurance industry and this company has taught me a lot.

      Cons

      There's never a con, it all depends on how you look at an opportunity. The more eye watering the problem is, the more mouth watering the opportunity is. They really give a good exposure in terms of client visits, strategic planning and explain the why behind our daily task.
