      Promotions and seemingly 'increased' career status

      Cons

      Nepotism Sexism 'Fake' Promotions (i.e. nothing written on paper but 10+ discussions about promotions and salary increases) Increasingly stressful workload Moving from technical, to sales, to partner positions and wearing 'all hats' without the paygrade Founder disappeared from the company / employees for mental health reasons and then fired employees for doing the same Oh - and nepotism
