      Pros

      Tecnalia allows you to have an easy day by day life. You can easily combine personal and professional life.

      Cons

      It is really discouraging some aspects of the management. The lack of professionalism in the supervisors is disheartening. This company is based in many years of governmental support so that the spirit of competitiveness in most of the employees is very lax.

      Pros

      Interesting projects to work in, in every division there is a lot of research happening.

      Cons

      Lots of people with middle-responsabilites positions that don't do what they are supposed to do, so usually lower-profiled people needs to do their work, apart from the own work. Also, salaries are lower than low, so people tends to leave the company looking for better oportunities.
