Worst Leads/managers in .NET If you want good hike((>40%) then follow the below steps in .Net department. 1.You need to tell the lead/managers birthday,wedding anniversary wishes as earliest i.e 12AM IST. 2. Remembering their family members birthday date will more advantage for getting good hike. 3. You need to give parties to the leads/managers from your joining,birthday time, your salary starts with 11K and party ended with 12K. They promised for our best support in initial time of project , finally they will forgot who worked hard for the project and remembering who gave party. Management don't know this type of activities because there is no skip level meetings and fear of employees. If you want join in Tecnics, prefer other companies if you have offers otherwise don't stay more than 3 years in this company.
