      There are no pros expect you can expect some remuneration for the exploitation of your mind and mental peace

      Cons

      The work there was only full of cons. The work culture is the worst that I have experienced in any of my past companies. There are no work hours. They call you on saturdays and sundays even after you are slogging for the entire week for more than 10 hours. They cheat their clients. Trying to show the man power thy dont have and then tell the employees to not disclose it to any one else. I suggest refrain from this company.

      No equal learning opportunity is given to employees, if u do one activity, then in every project that is active in tcm, u will be told to do same activity leaving u no scope for learning. Even after telling the same to line manager,.hod , project lead,.or any other management person nothing changes . They still alot u same activity and put pressure on u to do same activity till death.
