Pros

You will get to use cutting edge equipment

Cons

The owner is a joke. He sees everyone as a replaceable cog. He will sacrifice quality and experience for expansion and bragging rights. You will be expected to work 60 to 90 hours a week all winter and will be cut to 20 hours a week the minute it gets slow. There is no training, no experience and no pride in the work being pushed out the door.

Horrible Work Environment

Pros

A handful of decent people to work with.

Cons

Upper management is absolutely horrible! They like to yell, put blame on others, overwork production, humiliate staff at meeting etc. The only thing that upper management is good at is brown nosing the owner and putting on a show. Tectonics name is a joke within the industry. So many large clients have left and refuse to do work with Tectonics because of quality, lack to attention, and mainly Management that has pushed these clients away.

Pros

Opportunity to learn different aspects of the trade show industry

Cons

Big turnover due to managers behavior or their inability to communicate. They are quick to blame huge mistakes on the employees, they will never take ownership. Extremely unprofessional atmosphere.
