      It is a good place to start your career but many do not end up staying there too long.

      Pros

      There are many opportunities to travel and to gain a considerable amount of experience. Also, you are never working on the same project for too long.

      Cons

      Management seems to not be so great. At times there is a lot of politics and simply unnecessary B.S. that goes on.

      Pros

      Concentrates on healthcare. Nothing else.

      Cons

      Owner is always gone. Egotistical principals run the place. Lots of finger pointing amongst principals. All principals hate one another so you get caught up in there fire. Extremely low salaries relative to other firms. Get ready to be stressed out if you coming here. Everyone outside of the principals is treated like crap. The company does not harbor growth and employee development. Horrible attitudes. It's it not worth it. Try working at ARUP, Mazzetti or Flack & Kurtz. The company environment is horrible and it is a disgusting example of how a company should be run.
