Sometimes it doesn’t feel like there is a way to move up, so you end up feeling stuck.

The trainer there had no business training anyone. She even made it known herself that she is not a people person. And a lot of times, she'd "answer" my questions by telling me to "go look at your notes". (I had already looked at the notes I had been given, the answer WAS NOT THERE, hence why I was asking!)
