      Pros

      Had a variety of project types to work on within firm. Opportunities to speak up to management and let them know your thoughts freely.

      Cons

      A very traditional company stuck in their ways. Hard to be creative in a company who is not open minded to flex hours and working from home. Very hard to keep a good home life/work balance. More focused on growing company with paying for employees to attend networking events then they are with personal growth and funding individuals continuing education. Very hard to move up within company and get promoted.

      well structured office job security simple 8.30-5.30 schedule,no significant overtime nice office space great co-workers, no divas

      Cons

      micromanaged, with 10+ years experience you're still reporting every hour to your supervisor you feel like a production person, no matter your job title no space for talents with new ideas, ok for "yes man" benefits limited to 15 paid vacation/sick days no flexible schedule or leave of absence promotions are just a chnage in the job title, do not really change anything in your resposnibilities or salary
